Alélor Located in the North of Alsace in Mietesheim, Alélor is the last sweet mustard factory in Alsace and the only French company processing horseradish roots.

Thiercelin Producer and manufacturer of rare flavors, family owned and bicentenary, Maison Thiercelin is the oldest saffron producing company in the world. An experience and a tradition perpetuated from father to son for 8 generations.

Dreyfuss Butchery The Dreyfuss butcher's shop in Benfeld offers a wide range of products (aperitifs, cold starters, hot starters, foie gras, poultry, game, beef, lamb, veal...) and services (event catering) at competitive prices.

Georges Bruck's Company For nearly a century and a half, from father to son without interruption, the Maison Georges Bruck has been exclusively dedicated to foie gras from Strasbourg. The Maison Georges Bruck remains the only company in Strasbourg and in Alsace whose particular know-how in the art of making "Strasbourg Foie Gras" has lasted for 5 generations.

Gesler Establishments Historically linked to the village of Hotonnes and with 5 generations of experience, the Gesler company has accumulated skills that make it a player in regional trade and give it expertise in slaughtering, cutting and salting.

Les Salaisons Comtoises Butcher, delicatessen and caterer established in Belleherbe, Maîche and at the Audicourt market which offers genuine certified products made in the Haut Doubs, IGP Morteau sausage, IGP Montbéliard sausage, traditional smoked ham and other smoked products.

Eurovanille To make our desserts we use vanilla from Madagascar imported by Eurovanille. Its perfume and its grain make it a reference bean in gastronomy.

Soprolux SOPROLUX, created in 1984, is based on the M.I.N. of Strasbourg. Wholesaler in food products, specialising in top-of-the-range products and offering a complete range of tide, meat and game, foie gras, poultry, mushrooms, charcuterie and groceries.

Valrhona The undisputed reference of the great chocolate and pastry makers, the Valrhona brand has been offering quality chocolates through a fine selection of beans since 1922. These chocolates are suitable for baking, moulding and tasting.

Les chèvres du Bruch Sale on the farm (Krautergersheim) or at the markets (Benfeld, Erstein and Rosheim) of fresh goat's cheese, semi-dry or ripened goat's cheese and cheese coated with the wild herbs of the Bruch de l'Andlau.
